Damaged Merchandise
If you receive damaged merchandise, we will strive to make the replacement process quick and easy. Be sure to notify both the carrier and Rainbow Lighting within 24 hours of delivery to report the damage. Please keep all packing materials. Rainbow Lighting will pay the return shipping fee for products that are received damaged.
